YOU CAN PLANT YOUR OWN DREAM WITH A GOAL

Most people who have a goal succeed. Without a goal there is no is no achievement.

If you are to accomplish anything in a big way a definitive objective must be established.

The first step to getting the things you want out of life is this. Decide what you want. The world will turn aside and let you pass if you know where you are going.

Goals give you a starting place and a destination. Determine what you want. Decide on your major objections, targets, and destination.

I used to struggle with goal setting. I was always the one who procrasticated and let my thoughts wonder about how I was going to accomplish my goals. I worried more about the how then the actual goal.

Last year I decided to go on faith and set a goal and not worry about how I was going to get it accomplished. I set the goal and put a plan into action and ended up meeting my deadline.

You can plant your own dream, with a goal.

M-L-M Success - See The Big Picture!

We all get in a position at times in our lives where it's hard to see the forest for the trees. That's why it's an important daily habit to step back and look at the big picture.

Self-improvement is continual, gradual, daily change. The problem is, it takes daily focus - which most people tend to lose.

When there's an unexpected crisis, THEN it's easy to focus. You handle the danger on the spot. But when a bad situation develops little by little, day after day, we're often not really aware of the problem until it's too late.

If that situation sounds familiar to you, then it's REALLY important that you see the big picture. Life demands your focus. If you aren't in the daily habit of focusing, then life will send some pain your way to get your attention.

It's a lot less stressful to make life changes on your own schedule, avoiding that crisis. When you look at the big picture and see changes you'd like to make, you can start making them gradually, which is much more pleasant than having life force those changes on you.

Sometimes, even gradual change can be difficult because of the way others see you. If that is the case, then THAT is a good place to start. Think through a plan that will put you in a position where other peoples' preconceived notions don't matter to you - so that all that really matters is what YOU think. Then work that plan on a daily basis. Make it a habit, and make it reality.

Self-improvement is something we all need to do, every day. Avoiding it doesn't work. Instead, step back. Look at the big picture. Which life problem area stands out? Is it something you really want to change? OK. Start. Make a plan and work your plan every day. EVERY day!

Before you know it, you will be a different person. You'll be especially proud of the changes you made in yourself. And this will make you a happier person.

ARE YOU A DREAMER OR ACHIEVER?

The courage to begin separates dreamers from achievers.

Your difficulty and the difficulty of everyone who ever desires to achieve anything worthwhile comes in the movement.

Don't always be intending to live a new life but never find a time to begin living it.

Most people fail because they never get started ( the GREENS). They don't go they don't overcome inertia, they just never begin.

Begin to free yourself at once by doing all that is possible with the means you have.

As you proceed in this spirit, the way will open for you to do more. The worst you can do is get ready to get ready!

I once knew a man by the name of Robert. Robert was one of those kinds of people who always had to make sure everything is perfect before he could start any kind of project. I remember working on a homework assignment with Robert and he would keep going through and analyzing everything to death! I just wanted to get the darn project started, and if we needed to make changes along the way then we could make the necessary ajustments. I told Robert " when you are ready to get started then give me a call and I will be over to help". Three days went by and finally he called to say he was ready to begin. It took us another five days to finish the project and along the way we did need to make many adjustments.

The Green personalities are the ones who are always getting ready to get ready! The Blue personalities are the ones who begin at once and make adjustments along the way. There are two other personalities Yellow and Red.

LEADERSHIP IS ACTION NOT POSITION

All successful people became successful, because they gave some talent or ability in the service of others.

You can contribute in some way to others, no matter how small your talent. My friend Liane is a whiz at Twitter, and she gladly helps me with all my questions.

No one achieves success without being of service, and Liane know this because I have seen her help many people. When we help others we become better teachers and leaders.

Service is the essence of success! So I ask you this question....Who have you served today?

A HANDFUL OF LEMONS

If life hands you a handful of lemons then don't complain about it,but instead fix up some lemonade and sell it to those who are thirsty from all that complaining.

Wally Amos, the man whom many consider to be the father of the gourmet cookie industry, has turned lemons into lemonade so often in his life that in his official portrait he holds a pitcher in one hand and a glass of lemonade in the other. A perennial optimist, Amos refuses to acknowledge that obstacles are anything other than stepping-stones to success. In a career that has spanned several decades, he has made it to the pinnacle of success several times, only to lose everything and be forced to start over. But he’s never lost faith. "You have to have the trust and faith to let go and not agonize," he says. "Don’t waste your time worrying. Worry is not preparation. Analyze the situation and focus on solutions. There is always an answer.

How many times have you sat there worrying and stressing over something that you may not even be able to contol at that moment in time. I know I sure have. There was a time when I didn't know how we were going to come up with the money to pay our utlilies, and so I found myself stressing to the point of tears. My son then told me to sit down and write out some solutions that we could put into place. I took his advice and the solutions worked!

IT PAYS TO BE THANKFUL

When adversity overtakes you, it pays to be thankful it wasn't worse instead of always worrying about what could have been.

There are few things in life that are as bad as they seem at first. Dealing with adversity begins with analyzing and accepting your situation for what it is. When you realize that things are not nearly as bad as they might seem, you have taken the first step toward working your way through the challenge. You will never be asked to carry a heavier load than you can bear. When I find myself feeling this way, I reach out and volunteer my time to someone else in need, and then my challenges don't seem to be that bad at all.

YOU CAN DO SOMETHING EVERYDAY

Your life will always be to a large extent what you make of it. The mold to your success and fortune are in your hands.

You cannot do everything, but you can do something everyday, it's called using the slight edge.

You choose your thoughts and actions. If you believe you can make 10 calls a day, then you will make ten calls that day.

Nobody can do it for you. Nobody will do it for you. You have to make it happen.

You can live your dreams if you take responsibility for your actions and believe you can make those 10 calls a day.

I believe in you!

YOUR FAILURE MAY PROVE TO BE AN ASSET, PROVIDED YOU KNOW WHY YOU FAILED.

There are a few occasions during our brief time on earth when most of us experience great flashes of insight, great moments of truth that forever change the course of our lives. Most of those experiences result from spectacular failures, not from outstanding successes. It is from the failures that so chagrined and dismayed us that we learn the most lasting lessons. When you are the unwilling recipient of a great moment of truth, extract the useful lessons and then put the entire episode behind you. Learn from your failures, forget about them, and move on to better things. Failure can be a good thing as it gives us a chance to rework our plan and even make it better.

M-L-M Success: What Is The Opposite of Achievement?

HAH! I'll bet you're saying, "That's easy. The opposite of achievement is failure."
Not so fast, pal!

Oh, I can see your point. Failure is definitely the opposite of achievement. But think about this one for a minute:

"The opposite of achievement is perfectionism."

OO-oo-ooh! The more you insist on perfection, the less you will get done. The problem with perfection is, it takes FOREVER to achieve it. There is always, always, always one more thing you can do to get closer to perfect. And there are a ton of MLMers always looking for that "one more thing."

Do you have "forever" to reach your goals? CLICK HERE FOR YOUR FREE TRAINING SYSTEM

I'm a big believer in the 80/20 Rule which says that "80% of the result comes from 20% of the effort." In network marketing - or anything else - you are way better off to act now and get 80% of the result, than to wait a day or a week or a month or a year, until everything is perfect.

In the time that passes while you are getting everything right, somebody else will have blundered on ahead and completed 20 or 50 or 300 or 1000 actions, and you will be eating their dust.

Perfection would be great, but here is the price you must pay for it: nothing ever gets finished. The road to success lies in doing lots of the right actions and finishing them - not perfectly, but sufficiently. The more you act on your logical plan, the more achievement you will have.

Perfectionism truly is the opposite of achievement. If you recognize that irony, you'll be a lot closer to reaching your goals.

Trying To Sell Absolutely Does Not Work!

The people who tell you that to be successful in MLM, you've got to become a salesperson are ... the salespeople! If you haven't noticed, they are very arrogant. They believe that what they do is the ONLY correct way to do the business, and anyone who doesn't do it THEIR way is a loser.

Don't fall for it.

Trying To Sell Absolutely Does Not Work!

Ninety-two per-cent of the world's population - like you and me - is sales resistant. They don't like to sell. They don't like to be sold. You go into a store, looking for a shirt or a pair of shoes, the sales clerk comes up, what do you say?

"I'm just looking."

People do not want to be sold. And then you get into network marketing and some upline superstar space commander guru leader tells you, "OK. Start by making a list of your friends & family." And the plan is to turn YOU into that pushy, aggressive salesperson that nobody likes.

Selling does not work in this business. Even if you're one of the 8% of the population who can do it, you'll never be able to duplicate, because 92% of the people who join you simply will not sell.

I go on websites and see brand new companies TODAY, and their "training" is, "Make a list of your friends & family." That's what the industry did 50 years ago. Today is a new day.

You can't be successful trying to sell. Instead -

- You Have To Really Target Your Market

Find prospects who have raised their hand, and build relationships with those people. People buy from people they know, like, & trust. You have to build that relationship.

Building relationships with people is easy and fun, when you have a system that works. For more information on our magical relationship-building system and FREE training to boom your network marketing business and your income...

M-L-M Success - Bond With Your Dream

A good salesman can have you picturing your dream life in moments, and then actually LIVING that dream life, because he's going to leverage YOUR mental image to sell you HIS product or service. The better he can link what he's selling to your dream, the sooner you'll make that buying decision.

That's how sales works. The best salesperson gets you to visualize exactly what you want, in all its detail. Knowing that, why not use this technique on yourself?
We talk about visualization a lot. But do you actually ever DO it? And if so, are you doing it effectively?

Why not model the successful sales pro? YOU call the shots. Bond with your dream using all your senses - sight, sound, smell, touch, taste. Make it 100% vivid, just like you are really there now. Write down the details of the dream you are picturing, so you can use those details over and over.

Do it every day. The sooner you bond with your dream every day, the sooner you will pay the price to achieve it.That is how life works.

Marketing Principle #1 Is Critical

Business models drive the behavior in the field. You cannot change the model. You can only work with it.

Some companies have a business model of very high-priced products which could never be sold to the public on product merit alone. The only way they can be sold is as a money-making opportunity. THAT business model creates an atmosphere of "recruit, recruit, recruit." And you're setting yourself up for massive failure.

Think about this. Marketing Principle #1 anywhere in the world is that a business sells products or services for a profit. If your business can't do that, and you only earn profits by recruiting people - who recruit people who recruit people who recruit people - THAT is not normal! THAT is absolutely not sound marketing. THAT will end up getting the attention of the feds.

Companies that only recruit instead of retailing products or services usually have a very good reason. Which is, their products or services are way over-priced, so no one could ever actually sell them. Don't put yourself at that competitive disadvantage.

Prelaunch! Ground Floor Opportunity!

Some people seem to be forever joining the next ground floor opportunity. And the next and the next and the next - alluvasudden, somebody who made some money sometime a long time ago - this one is so good, they came out of retirement for it!

The Blue personality type is especially susceptible to this. (I know - I'm a Blue!) You're looking for excitement, and what could be more exciting than something new? So you just jump, jump, jump, and you're never in one place long enough to ever build anything.

Unless you own the Fountain of Youth, you're going to get older, just like the rest of us. The worst words to hear in network marketing are: "ground floor opportunity". Over 90% of the companies that get started, don't make it 2 years. And most of the rest are gone after 5 years.

Your chances aren't much worse playing the lottery.

It's important to choose a company that has proven it will be around long-term. Pre-launch deals don't qualify. Only a very small percentage of them will last even 2 years.

Your benchmark should be at least 2 years. It takes that long to knock the cobwebs out of it. It takes 2 years to get their ducks in a row, to get their campaigns together, to get everything approved in different countries, to get warehouses built, and all that stuff.

They've already survived a lot of the normal growing pains. They have much better long-term prospects than any "pre-launch". Make them prove themselves by being around 2 years before you commit your time & money to that business.

How Desperate Are You?

Are you so desperate you'll recruit anybody who can fog a mirror?

First, your prospects can smell desperation. You can't hide it from them, and the good ones will avoid you like the plague.

Second, network marketing is about relationships, not selling. People feel it when you treat them as a number. When you have to build that dream for somebody all by yourself, with very limited help from them, you will spend ALL your time trying to build them a dream.

Be selective about who you want in your business. My mentor, Tom "Big Al" Schreiter, once told me never to sign up someone unless it was a person who I'd want to go on a one-month cruise with. THAT is a very good standard for you. Keep that benchmark in mind each time you talk to prospects. Then you'll recruit the right people.

Nothing drains your energy faster than trying to help an unmotivated person build a business. Life is just too short to waste all that effort.

Target People Who Already Know & Love M-L-M

When you target people who don't know anything about MLM, you'll spend all your time trying to build them a dream, trying to convince them, trying to get them to believe the way you believe.

It's kind of like religion. Let's say you're a Baptist and I'm a Catholic, and you want to convert me. Well, good luck! Why try to convert somebody? Just go find somebody who's already in your religion, and talk to those people.

Otherwise, you'll spend all your time trying to motivate somebody, trying to get them to have a dream ... rather than building your business. When you work with people who don't already understand MLM, there's a good chance they'll head down the road the wrong way. Often they've heard bad things, and that's all they'll focus on.

And so you spend ALL your time trying to change that person's mind. It's a waste of time. What you need to do is find somebody who already has the dream. Your life will go a lot easier.

Marketing Insanity- Talking to everyone about your business opportunity

The Hitters have more wonderful advice for you: “Talk to EVERYBODY about your business opportunity."

Oh, man, don’t get me started!

There’s an old saying you hear from time to time: the reason you have 2 ears
and 1 mouth is you should LISTEN twice as much as you TALK.

Take a good look next time you see a Heavy Hitter. I swear, if you look
closely, you’ll see the guy has zero ears and THREE MOUTHS!

OK. For the sake of argument, let’s see where their advice leads us.

Let's say you owned a shoe store. You get 300 visitors. If you have the right
styles, colors, & price, could you sell some shoes? Absolutely.

But you'd never try fitting a corporate Secretary working at the Trump Towers
with men’s construction work boots. Not appropriate.

And not everyone wants your business opportunity.

This advice works great for the 10% of the population who are salespeople
(more on this in Chapter 5).

But if you’re part of the 90% who hate pushy, aggressive people, THIS
lie will make you feel totally inadequate to ever build a networking business.

Strange Practices of People Who Never Succeed

Over the years, I've observed a lot of people who have not achieved what they want in life. These people often have a lot in common. I thought it might benefit YOU to have a list of things NOT to do. So, following is what seems to be a mental "To Do" list for non-achievers:

1. Don't listen to anyone who has had actual success.
2. Take advice from everybody you know who has never achieved a dream.
3. Plan, plan, plan, and plan some more. Get everything 100% right. Then check it a few more times before you actually DO something.
4. Blame others for your failure to achieve what you want.
5. Take time every day to remind yourself what a loser you are.
6. Repeat the same mistakes over and over.
7. Keep going in the same direction that has never gotten you where you want to go.
8. Don't do anything to replace those limiting, negative thoughts you've always had.
9. Keep spending time around those people who assure you you'll never be successful.
10. Insist that you are right, no matter what the outcome of any action, because being wrong is worse than failure.

Is there anything on this list that YOU ever do?

If so, how can you change it?

In M-L-M, The Market1ng Will Build Your Empire

Early in "Success In 10 Steps", you can read about "the monk in the white lab coat." I don't think it's just the people I've talked to recently. I can definitely remember when I used to think this way.

There are just a LOT of people who believe that far and away THE #1 reason to choose a network marketing company is the product. And even after talking with them a bit, it is a very tough idea to dislodge.

M-L-M companies must have a great product to compete in today's market. But it is effective marketing, not a product, that will either build an empire or not. Specifically, you should be searching for a group with an effective, results-producing marketing program in place. So it's important to give prospects as much evidence as you possibly can that product focus is not what will build them a great income from home.

To have any hope for building a successful MLM business, they have to get this concept. If all they want is a great product, that's fine. If they don't care about the money, no problem. They can do whatever the heck they want to do.

But most people - and certainly most of the people your prospect will be talking to about the business - are looking to make money at it. And if you ask even this product-focused prospect, you can pretty much be 100% sure they'll say, "Well, yeah - I want the money!"

And to do that, you've got to have those other 4 Pillars in place - not just the product. So page 14 is a very good place to point your prospect to, to make that point and get them headed in the right direction.

Why Most Network Marketers Do Zero Retail Business

Is retailing product a true network marketing opportunity?

On this planet, the lifeblood of any company is retail sales to the end consumer. Think about this, Business models drive the behavior in the field.

Would you agree with me that every product - doesn't matter what it is - a bottle of water, a coke or Pepsi, an aspirin, a vitamin, a liquid nutritional drink - it could be any product out here - if the quality and quantity of all the ingredients, are exactly the same, I ask people, "Would you agree with me that the wholesale manufacturing cost of any product is within pennies of each other?"

And the answer I get is, "Absolutely, no question about it, that is true."
Now here's where the problem comes in.

Marketing The Product To The End Consumer

Let me you a story. Companies A, B and C, these are real companies in real life. Company A hired a doctor to formulate the best vitamin product on the planet - and they did. it's something you can take all at once. It doesn't interact with any of the other ingredients. Works great. That company is marketing that product. They are a fairly large company, publicly traded.

Another company comes along and what's so funny about the story is the COO, the bean counter for the first company, sold his piece of the pie and became a distributor with company B.

Company B has a binary compensation plan. Now the first company is a stairstep break away comp plan, second company is a binary. So A is the stairstep, B is the binary. And the binary plan is just one left, one right.

Now, that guy said "Whoa! We had this great product with company A - now we want it with company B. So they go and hire the doctor away from company A to formulate them the best product.

And I would ask you another question. When you are a publicly traded company, you are not spending your money. You are spending investors' money. So when you put that dot, the comma, the zero on a check, does it really matter to you? Does it really matter where you put it? Absolutely not, it is not your money. It's like you shopping with my credit card.

So they hired the doctor. What that cost, I have no idea. But they told the doctor, "Make us the best vitamin product!" And he said, "Well - they've already got it in company A. But we could take that same formula and I could increase everything one gram.

So He Added One More Gram of Stuff To The Stuff

So every capsule of THEIR new stuff had one more gram in it. Great, no problem, So they created that product.

Now, company C came along, The founder of the company said, "Whoa! Company A, company B, they have got a great product. It's not patented. Don't need the doctor. Four manufacturing companies make the identical product. All I need to do is get the formula, take it to our manufacturer, see if they can improve it."

So they did. So they took the same formula and added to it, improved the formula.
Now, here is the reality, I am going to give you the retail sales price on all 3 company's products.

Company A: $114 retail
Company B: $104 retail
Company C: $39.95 retail

But Isn't The Wholesale Cost Identical?

Now, you agreed with me that the wholesale manufacturing cost of any product is within pennies. So why the big spread? If you joined Company B, I know for fact that you can buy that product at the super duper low wholesale price of 79.95.

Now, you got to ask yourself this question, since Company B's wholesale price is double the retail price of company C. why the big difference? Well, first, you need to understand that the business model drives the behavior in the field. In company A and B, the business model promotes the behavior of recruit, recruit, recruit, recruit, recruit. Why? Because normal mortals will not pay that kind of money for product.

They'll only buy the product to be in the business. So that business model creates the behavior of recruit, recruit, recruit. Now, company C, because it's $39.95 retail, that creates a behavior of retail, retail, retail. And you can prove it with these numbers.

To make $10,000 a month on the residual auto ship volume in Company A, you need 1400 - 1600 people. Company B, you need 2200 - 2400 people, Company C - you need less than 400 people. Same product. Same people you are selling to. So the big question is, can average part time people ever build a group of 2400? Or can they build a group of 400 easier? Think about that.

So The Business Model Drives The Behavior In the Field. Always!

Why is your product so expensive? Here's why, the company need a big, big, big, big, big building. It's so comical. They say, "Oh, we're debt free."Yeah. They're debt-free off the backs of the distributors, they stole the compensation plan to build the big building. Doesn't help the reps at all.

Think about this for a second. Companies A, B and C, and the breakage - that's all profits that they make out of you, the distributor. Breakage is the difference between the wholesale cost and the retail cost, that mark-up from 39.95 retail to the 79.95 wholesale. That pays for the big building, the company jet, pays for all that.
A few years back, a prepaid phone card company charged $2 or $3 a minute for prepaid phone calls. You bought a prepaid phone card back then for a dollar a minute. But these were collector's cards. ("If you don't scratch the back of the card off, and don't use the time, it makes it more valuable.")

So this plastic card, which cost maybe 25 cents to create, was selling for $2 a minute. And the company convinced the people not to scratch it off, so they never had to pay for the phone time.

Isn't that amazing? It's no wonder network marketing gets a bad name.

One way to build your business is to sell products at retail. And to do that, you must join a company with value-priced products. It's important that you look around to find that. Don't settle for a company that charges 2 or 3 times the product value. Consumers are smart. You will always struggle to build with that company.

The Fall Of A Leader

When a great leader falls because of a lack of integrity, it is
very painful for all involved. Tearing another person down to
build yourself up, only leads to a false impression of yourself.

When someone is tearing others down in front of You this is
a guarantee they will do the same to You behind Your back.
Ultimately you will crash and burn from your lack of character.

The question is:

Would You Want This Person As Your Sponsor ?

Life can give us challenges in many areas of our life. How we
handle those challenges ourselves and who helps us, can
determine our success or failure. Loyalty to do the right thing
enters into all decisions. Friendships built on loyalty and trust
are like support beams for a foundation.

A foundation is the beginning. This applies to your marriage,
your friendships, your home and your business. If you build
them correctly, they will sustain you your lifetime. If you
build carelessly everything will crumble around you.

Leaders are built. Day by day, Lesson by lesson. When a
leader chooses to fall, they sacrifice their integrity, their
honor and their character.

If after knowing the facts and fully utilizing their "critical
thinking skills" when someone decides to leave Your Team
please wish them all the best.

Excerpt from "Launching a Leadership Revolution"
Foundational Leadership Quality: Honorable

Integrity can be considered as the condition of "not doing
what's wrong." Character can be defined as doing the right
things, for the mere reason that it is the right thing, even if
that thing is difficult and unpopular.

The two sewn together make honor. Author Jeff O'Leary,
in The Centurion Principles, writes, " 'Honor' encompasses
the virtues of integrity and honesty, self-denial, loyalty, and
a servant's humility to those in authority above as well as a
just and merciful heart to those below."

Honor is such a rarely used word in our times that it seems
a little old-fashioned. But living a life of integrity and character
is timeless and, for a leader, absolutely necessary. It's about
choices, and a person's choices in life follow him to the grave.

Is this to say that a person needs to be perfect to become a
leader? Of course not. Perfection in this life is not possible,
and we, the authors, are certainly not exceptions. However,
a leader must strive continually toward perfection even though
she knows she can never exactly attain it.

It is a question of the heart. The most effective leaders through
out history have led with their hearts, in trust, and with honor.
If a leader cuts corners, misuses people, or misrepresents, the
truth, a time bomb begins ticking. Someday, somewhere, the
bomb will go off. It is obvious in our times only too often: public
figures at the pinnacles of power and fame crash and burn in
the cloud of self-inflicted shame. From political scandals to
high-profile corporate frauds, these calamities are brought
on by a lack of honor in the leadership.

"Human happiness and moral duty are inseparably connected."

The difference between leaders we revile and those we praise
is their individual level of honor. In fact, honor is the force that
holds a leader's hunger in check.

Without honor, hunger runs rampant and ultimately serves
only selfish interests. Honor is the component that makes
hunger productive for the leader's fellow man. In fact, what
we are basically describing here is another "old-fashioned"
word: duty.

George Washington said of duty, "Human happiness and
moral duty are inseparably connected." So leadership is
spawned by hunger and held in check by honor.

Under that combination, leaders will find happiness in the
fulfillment of their duty to others. It has been said that the
character of a man is the only thing that will walk back
from the grave into the hearts of the people who knew him.

That is the legacy of a leader. The words a leader say and
the walk a leader walks must match. As the saying goes,
"Your word is your worth and your worth is your word."

Andy Stanley, author of The Next Generation Leader, says,
"To become a leader worth following you must give time and
attention to the inner man.

To leave a legacy that goes beyond accomplishment alone,
a leader must devote himself to matters of the heart."
Character is developed in the valleys and the peaks of life,
enabling a person to overcome obstacles and deal with
success.

Abraham Lincoln observed, "Nearly all men can handle
adversity, but if you really want to test a man's character -
give him power." Character connects a person to what is
right and true.

If reputation is what others think of you, then character is
what God knows about you. This concept of honor is so
important to a leader because people will follow a leader
only as far as they feel they can trust him.

People will not follow a leader they can't trust. According
to R. Ruth Barton, "We set young leaders up for a fall if
we encourage them to envision what they can do before
they consider the kind of person they should be.

" Warren Bennis tells us, "In the leadership arena,
character counts. I am not saying this casually, of studies,
observations, and interviews with leaders and with the
people near them.... I've never seen a person derailed
from [leadership] positions for lack of technical competence.

But I've seen lots of people derailed for lack of judgment
and character." And, as Heraclitus said, "Man's character
is his fate." Finally, it should be remembered that a major
component of honor is personal courage.

Without the courage to do what's right because it's right,
regardless of ramifications to self, one is not truly worthy
to be called a leader.

When people don't "Believe" they deserve Success they
will self destruct every time.... This is the reason we tell
everyone we meet to "Participate" in the 30 Day Mental
Cleanse if You want to own Your life.

This great article was written by Michael Dlouhy. I found this brillant article to be very helpful to me. I liked the part where he talked about the courage to do what is right regardless of the ramifications.

Network Marketing Software - The Big Mistake Most Companies Make

Most MLM companies rent their software. But they can never tweak it to fit their business model, and the distributor base suffers.

Let me give you a story on that. I was consulting for a network marketing company out in Utah.¬ They had a binary compensation plan, in other words a 2-legged plan - one left, one right. Real simple, right?

But the software they leased could not be changed from left to right, to reflect the binary. They tried.

They Had To Pay The Programmers To Come Back In & Reprogram It!

You would think that was a simple, simple, simple fix. But it couldn't be fixed over a 6 month period.

Here's what happened. Let's say you already have your strong leg going well. Now you go into your back office and put all your new sign-ups on your weak leg.

And you're building, building. You have ads running on the internet. People are joining you and your business is growing. And you think they're going on your weak leg.

All of a sudden, you find out they are all going on your strong leg. And in a binary, you only get paid based on your weak leg production. So this is a real problem.

Now You Have To Fight With The Company To Move Your People!

And what was so amazing about that process that I witnessed was, the company went out and hired more and more and more customer service people to handle the paperwork to move these new reps. And then they started charging the distributors $10 each to move the people that the company messed up on in the first place.

Finally, they got so overrun with people wanting to change these positions back over to their weak leg where they should have been in the first place - that they finally said, "We are not switching anybody anymore!" They couldn't handle all the influx of people needing that done.

Now that's a perfect example of buying your software and not being able to tweak it at all.

And when you rent the software, you better read the fine print, because you don't own the database.

You Do Not Own The Database!

About a year and a half ago, I saw a downline genealogy for sale on the internet. I happen to know the owners of the company. I called them up and said "Hey! What's going on? My gosh, your company is doing good, isn't it?"

"Yeah. Company is doing great. But we couldn't afford to buy the software, so we leased it. And part of the lease deal is, the software company owns the database."

And this software company thought it would be great to make an extra $100,000. So they put the genealogy for sale on the internet and sold it to 10 companies for $10,000 apiece. So they made a quick $100,000 selling the genealogy. And right in the Policies and Procedures, it said that the software company owned the genealogy. It was right there, right in black and white. How would you like to build your business and then have your organization for sale on the internet?

So before you build big with some company, ask them who owns their software. If they don't own it, then you could lose everything in a heartbeat.

The big reason they rent it is because it costs them about $2 million to buy it. They can rent it for about $10,000 a month. Most companies don't have the 2 million dollars to spend up front.

But the other thing is, if you really truly, understand your business and it functions, doesn't it make more sense to have someone program your specific software? Then you can work with them.

You Want a Company That Has Built Their Software From The Ground Up!

When the company has built it and owns it, the distributor base is protected.

Instead, these guys get the idea to start a network marketing company, and 10 minutes later, they are in business. So they call the software companies and find out it's 2, 3, 4 million dollars to buy the software program, but you can rent it for 4, 5, 10 grand a month and you're in business!

Now they know this is a tough business, and there's a very real chance they won't even be around 2 years. Taking on a $2 million obligation doesn't make sense to them. $10,000 a month is definitely the way to go. Problem is, you've sold your soul to the devil.

An Evil Secret

Another thing that software companies will do is - and this is a very well kept secret - they will be in partners with that MLM company. So there is a downline organization, a leg being built by the MLM company for the software company.

That creates a retirement income for the software company on the backs of the distributors. How hard is it for the owners of the MLM company to move all their orphan distributors underneath the software company and build them a nice check? That's a very, very, very tightly kept secret,

It's just one more reason you need to build your future with a company that owns its own software.

This article was written by Michael Dlouhy. I found the information in this article to be very educational and so I thought I would share it.

Choose a company for long term

Quick cash = quick crash.

Normal people can't sleep at night when they have ripped off people and stolen their dreams. You have to get this understanding.

Network marketing is a business that can pay you and your children and your children's children for the rest of their lives - when you build it with a "5 Pillars" company. For details on a "5 Pillars" company, go to 5 Pillars to Success

But so many people get sucked in to "build it fast." I just did a call with a very excited lady. She's in a binary and tells me, "Oh, they put me in a spot where I've already got 1100 people down one leg."

Good. How much money are you making?

"Well ... none, yet!"

And that is because they don't pay anything on the strong leg. They pay it on the weak leg ... which no one will ever give you. You have to build that one. But they'll promise you all those people on your strong leg, because it doesn't cost them anything, and many people will just sign up because they don't know any better.

Don't fall for the scams. Build for the long-term.

Whats holding you back - Could it be fear?

What’s holding you back from letting go and becoming the person you dream of becoming?

Whatever you think it is, if you get it back to the root cause, it always stems from one thing, fear; fear of failure, fear of success, fear that we’re not good enough, you name it, but the truth is, you are good enough, you do deserve to live your dream life and only once you realize that most fear has no basis in reality will you ever have the courage to go after that life with all you’ve got.

Anytime we step outside our comfort zone we’re always going to feel some fear, but those individuals who achieve things we admire don’t do so because they never felt fear, they just weren’t willing to let fear rob them of their dreams and took action in spite of the fear, the question is, are you going to let fear rob you of the opportunity to live a life most will only ever dream of?

Remember if you can dream it you can have it! When we take action the fear will disappear. What is stopping you from taking action? I would encourage you to step out of your comfort zone.

You Can Train Your Thoughts Like You'd Train a Dog

Train your thoughts like you'd train a dog?

Does that sound ridiculous? OK. Look at it this way. Your thoughts come from a combination of your background & environment, your life experience, and your observations. And the way you look at each of those is entirely under your control.

You've probably noticed that things change out there in the world. Life can be very unpredictable at times. And yet the biggest problem most people have is that they expect they will get the same bad results in the future as they got last week - or 10 years ago.

You can train your brain to think the way you want it to, to achieve the best MLM results. And you must. Train yourself to focus better, and you will be a different person. Set a goal of making faster decisions - maybe put yourself on a timer for tough decisions, so you don't stew over them. Right or wrong, just go ahead. You will become a more effective & happier person.

A lot of people think they need more information to make a decision. In the real world, you often still make the wrong choice even with a lot more information. So you're better off to just make a choice, execute it, find out if it's right or wrong, and then keep going or change course, based on the feedback you get from life.

That is a LOT like you'd train a dog. It's very simple. Just take the same attitude toward your own mind. Put yourself in charge, and tell it what to do. Your life goes a lot better that way

To your success!

TAKE RESPONSIBILITY NOW !!

Your're going to have to take responsibility at some point. Go ahead, get out in front of the situation, and grab that responsibility as soon as you can.
Realize that even though it's not your fault, it it impacts your world it is your responsibility. Responsibility means doing what you can, with all you have,to bring about a positive outcome.

It's easy to slosh around endlessly in a swamp full of excuses. But after all that sloshing, as impressive as it may be, you'll still be mired in a swamp.
Instead, climb out, step up and seize the opportunity to make a difference. Now is when your actions can bring real value to your world.
Stand up, take responsibility, and you'll stand out from the crowd. Step forward, get to work, and transform challange into achievement.

By truly taking responsibility, you immediately begin to improve whatever situation your're in. By following through with that responsibility, you truly become master of your own destiny.

Embarrassed About Working From Home?

Are you embarrassed for people to know that you work from home? Do you tell your friends and family about what you do for a living (or what you do part time)? When someone asks you what you do do you avoid telling them the truth? If so you might be hurting yourself and your paycheck in your home based business.

If you’re embarrassed about working from home there is really no reason to be. Network marketing is a totally legal, ethical and legitimate way to make money. It’s a real business and it’s nothing to be ashamed of. I have come across a lot of different types of people through the years and I have found that the people who are embarrassed or ashamed of their home based business goals are the ones who don’t tend to make very much money or the ones who drop out and quit before ever truly realizing your success.

I guess it could be considered normal for someone to be a little ashamed of working from home. After all the public opinion of network marketing isn’t exactly great. A lot of people still wrongfully view home based businesses as scams or schemes instead of what they actually all, legitimate businesses.
However, if you are going to be a part of a home based business you need to get over that and fast! Otherwise you might not ever have the kind of success that you want to have.

A prospect can pick up on someone who isn’t confident in what they’re talking about and nobody wants to be in business with someone who isn’t sure of themselves.
Many people feel like they want to hide their business from their friends and family until they start making a lot of money and then they’ll shout it from the rooftops but that’s not a good thing to do either. Your friends and family will probably just want to support you and who knows perhaps some of them will even go into business WITH you! So keeping it a secret isn’t a good idea.

Don’t be ashamed or embarrassed by working from home. It’s a smart and savvy thing to do in these economic times and it’s defiantly nothing to be embarrassed about!

I really enjoyed reading this article written by Christian Gingras

Working from home has been a great joy to be. I totally love being able to choose the hours I work and be in charge of my schedule. I also let friends and family know about my products. Some of them haven't wanted to join me, but will gladly purchase products from me.

The Most Amazing Stupid Tricks

The most amazing stupid tricks network marketing companies do is letting some legal department enforce their policies and procedures.

Give this some thought. If a network marketing company has a legal team that writes the policies and procedures and oversees the legalities of the company, the network marketing company has generally spent about a quarter of a million dollars retaining this legal department.

So now the legal department has to justify their existence, since they just added a quarter of a million dollars overhead to the company. So the legal department writes Policies and Procedures so convoluted, so confusing - it's just legalese.

And you have to read chapter 7, and remember 7.C. Then down in 19.D, they talked about it again, and you have to pull those 2 together. They talked a little bit about it up here. Now they add the rest of it down here.

But if you don't connect the two, you don't know what they're talking about.

Lawyers LOVE Writing All This BS!

Example: in some companies, the P & Ps say you are responsible to monitor your downline organization's activities. If THEY do something illegal, then YOU are responsible for that.

A friend of mine got terminated because one of his downline members recruited somebody who was in another deal sideline, which was cross recruiting. But they held the sponsor responsible, and they terminated him, so they could steal his check. Real simple. Real simple.

And your person signing the bonus checks needs to have built a downline themselves. MLM CEOs who have never built a downline do not have a clue about MLM distributors.

Network Marketing Companies Would Be NOTHING Without Distributors!

CEOs who have built a downline know that. They know that companies are nothing without the distributors.

Sure, they need a product. Yeah they have to ship a product. Yes, they have to send a bonus check. But who built the company? Who built the volume?

Answer: The distributor. And if the CEO realizes that, then they treat the distributors like gold. They don't have some legal department trying to terminate their distributors.

Stupid Trick #2

And the other stupid thing that network marketing companies do is, they don't listen to the field. The reps are in the trenches everyday. Companies need to know what their reps see, what they do, what they hear, what they say.

We tell people all the time, "Read your Policies & Procedures." I got a call the other day from the COO of a company. Actually, his secretary called me to ask some questions about why I am telling people to read their Policies & Procedures. because they have a bunch of people doing it and it ticks them off!

This company, based out of Texas, has the most ruthless Policies & Procedures you've ever seen. They are unbelievable.

Want To Sell¬ The Business YOU Built? Fuhgeddaboudit!

For example - if you wanted to sell your downline, sell your business, you have a 10-page document that you have to fill out. And before you offer the business to anybody, you have to offer to the company first.

And when you mail your request for them to buy it, you have to include a $100 nonrefundable fee. And then they can say yes or no!

Next step is, when the company says "No", they will then send you 3 upline people that you can sell your business to. You have to offer it to each of them one at a time. And the P & Ps stipulate that to buy YOUR business, they must resign their own business.

So usually, they say "No". And after all 3 have turned you down, one at a time, then you have to offer your business to somebody in your downline. And they make it so clear - they say "if you circumvent any part of this procedure, you are terminated."

so I told the secretary to have the COO call me and we could visit about the situation. And the secretary said that he does not talk to people directly!

And I said well, "Well, he talked to YOU!" So she told me he doesn't return phone calls, doesn't talk to any reps directly.

I was stunned. I sat in my chair thinking, "Wow! This is unbelievable!" Now this guy wants to talk to me to find out why I am telling people to read their policies and procedures. Now that was amazing.

P.S. - Have you read YOUR P & Ps lately?

7 Steps To Achieving Your Goals - very effective

Most people set goals - which they never achieve.

Why? What is the difference between people who set goals and reach them, and the people who set goals and never come close?

I see a few differences:

1. You've got to have a really big dream, one that totally captures your imagination, that truly inspires you.

2. Choose a model, someone who has done what you want to do. Study every aspect of that person, their skills, their resources, and what they have achieved, so you understand what it takes.

3. Write down every detail of that dream, no matter how trivial it may seem. The more detail you can picture in your mind, the closer you get to your dream becoming reality.

4. Spend time each day picturing your exact dream. After you have built your dream picture, it doesn't take but 3-5 minutes a day to focus completely on it. That action will drive you to your dream's achievement.

5. Focus every action in your day on making some part of your dream a reality.

6. Wherever fear or doubt enter the picture, step right into them. Do whatever it is you fear, over and over, so it no longer looms as a stop on your dream.

7. Never ever ever quit.

We have personally found these steps to be very effective.

Network Marketing Online - A Few Tips

First of all, you've got to have a direct splash page for your #1, #2 and #3 selling MLM products. And please don't put a business opportunity attached to the splash page. You will literally drive people away from you.

People love to buy a product, but they don't want to be sold. They absolutely don't want to be sold. Make sure you have company-approved testimonial pages, so network marketing distributors don't have to make their own.

The Big Problem

The network marketing company doesn't offer these single product pages to distributors, so now the distributors on their own go out and create this stuff.

They see in the Policies & Procedures that reps are 100% responsible for what they do in building their business. OK. Great.

So the company doesn't STOP you from putting ads out there that this product cures cancer, grows your arm back, grows your hair back and all that stuff. They let reps make these wild claims. Why? Because the product sales are pouring in.

Some guy reads that ad and says, "My gosh! I'm bald. I want to grow my hair back, I better buy the product." Or somebody is dying of cancer, and you advertise your "cure." They say, "I better go get some." So they do.
And then what's amazing is, someone writes the testimonial that it grew their finger back. Then the next guy writes, "Well, it grew my hand back." You have to top that, so the next one says, "It grew my entire arm back - and my leg."
So they do a one-up on each other. The sales are pouring in. Meanwhile, the distributor's neck is on the line, because the company can chop it off it anytime - like as soon as the Federal Government says "Whoa! Hey, you guys are making product claims!"
Now, the company has to show the government that they have been going back and terminating distributors who make these unbelievable claims. Meanwhile, product sales in the company are skyrocketing.

The Company Is Making Tons of Money
So much money. They have to go build another bigger building, so they can be bigger than the next one on the block.

They have to have that. And then the 3rd thing these companies do is, they charge people for their back office. It does not cost them $39 a month for that website. It doesn't cost them FIVE bucks! But they charge the distributors $39 for their whole back office to look at your business center and your genealogy and to organize and so forth.

Companies like that are making $100,000 minimum a month off the distributor's backs. It's another profit center, just charging reps for the stuff.

But the company needs to create the pages, so the distributor won't do it. The company knows better than to put wild claims in there. If they do it, then THEIR neck is on the line. That way, the company is liable, rather than the individual rep.

The only reason to spend your time and your blood, sweat, and tears to build this business is to have it sustain you over your lifetime. Anything that puts you at risk should be eliminated from your gameplan. So be sure YOU aren't the one making wild claims.

Your network marketing success- It's a race against time

Two years ago, a gallon of gas was pushing $3.95 here is the Las Vegas area.

Does that tell you anything about your network marketing success?

Some folks assume that with a secure job and a secure salary, they're playing it safe, reducing their risk in life.

* What if you get laid off?
* What if the price of gas goes up a again? How will that affect you and your employer?
* What if your employer can no longer afford to pay you such a high wage?

These are just 3 of literally thousands of variables that you have no answer for when you work for someone else.

Not to mention your income is always limited because your employer will ALWAYS take the lion's share of the income you generate.

There's been more change in the business world in the past 10 years than in the previous 100 years combined. You are in a race against time to protect yourself and your family from unpredictable coming changes in the work-a-day world that you may not like -

- AND to achieve those dreams of your network marketing success you've had for so long.

It's critical that you act with urgency to put control of your future and your family's future in YOUR hands. That's what you'll learn in Success In 10 Steps, and we will support you with all our hearts.

Network Marketing: Figures Don't Lie, But Liars Do Figure

Advertising copywriters and salespeople are trained to give specific numbers. in order to increase credibility. And that's great, if those numbers have any basis in reality. In network marketing, they often don't.

For example:

Companies say, "We keep 93% of Our people!"

They lie.

Truth: There was an MLM phone company a few years back that had to publicize their retention rate, because they were publicly traded. They're out of business now, so we'll go ahead and mention their name - Excel.

Take a guess. Out of every 100 people Excel signed up, how many were still in the business a year later?

50%? HAH!

25%? As they say in the Hertz commercial, "Not exactly!"

10%? You're getting warm -

Excel's public record showed 6% to 7% retention. That's not 67% - it's 6 to 7% retention!

So you build your network marketing business for a year:

* You buy advertising.

* You do 3-way calls.

* You go to meetings.

* You talk to all your friends & relatives.

* And you wind up recruiting 100 people!

Yippee! You're almost rich.

Well, not exactly. Why? Because what you have left is 6 to 7 people out of 100 (!) still building the MLM.

Ooops - wait - that's not all you've got. You also have:

* Smashed dreams.

* Maxed-out credit cards.

* And probably a LARGE bunch of people who hide when they see you coming!

Whatever you do in network marketing must be duplicatable for the masses. Six to 7% retention is not smart business.

Results like this make it obvious why we coach people to first find a "5-Pillar" company, and then to build relationships with prospects.

Bad Business

It is bad business to recruit someone into an unstable company.

It is bad business to recruit someone before you have built a relationship with them.

When you recruit a person who is your friend into a "5 Pillar" company, the two of you have a commitment to each other and a strong chance for success.

When you try a business relationship without that personal, mutual commitment, or with an unstable company, your chances of failure skyrocket.

MLM pros know how to get things done

MLM pros know that success requires persistence and hard work. It takes discipline and commitment to success to ALWAYS complete any work that is important and related to their goals.

Sometimes you've got to choose work over fun. (Of course, if THIS work isn't fun, you're not doing it right!) When you get things done, that connects your motivations and your goals. Unfortunately, most of the population would rather watch the reruns of Grey's Anatomy.

If you are truly on the success path, then you will take full responsibility for their actions. You realize that what you are today, and what you will be tomorrow, depends 100% on YOU! Your results come directly from your choices & decisions. You are proactive, and you go the extra mile, using your own resources & abilities - and your team's - to reach your goals.

I come across people who seem to think all they need to do is sign up for an MLM company and they will not have to put any time or effort into their business. There are also people who think their upline is going to do all the hard work for them, and all they have to do is collect the check. If you need help with your mlm I will be there to help you. I will teach and train you the skills needed to be successful in mlm.

The only way to identify an MLM pro is by their results. The world is constantly changing. Nobody stays the same for long. They either get better, or they get worse. The only sensible choice is to work your butt off until you can see the results you want - and then keep working until those results are overwhelming. THEN you'll know you're on stable ground, and it's safe to take some R & R.

Network Marketing / Olympic Gold Medal Success Secret

EVERY Olympic athlete has a coach. The top ones hire their own personal coach.

Having a coach was (and is) one of the smartest things I have ever done.

A coach keeps you accountable and focused. There are just soooooo many opportunities in life to get sidetracked.

Pro athletes like Tiger Woods, Bobby Bonds, Peyton Manning, Michael Jordan all the big stars, have several coaches. Each coach teaches their own specialty and leadership skills.

How To Choose A Coach

We've been married almost 19 years. If we wanted marriage counselling, would we talk to someone who's never been married? How about someone who's graduated from college with 3 or 4 degrees and never been married? Would I go to someone who's been married for 2 years or 5 years, when I've been married for 19 years? Would I go to someone married 10 years, with no children?

Or would I talk to someone who's been married 30 or 40 years or more and who has raised a couple healthy, happy kids?

Who would you want to get your coaching from? Somebody who has experienced it, or somebody who hasn't?

Many of the coaches today in network marketing have never built an organization. Or they built¬ it 5, 10, 15 years ago, but they can't build it today.

As the old saying goes, "if you can't do, teach."

So these network marketing coaches go out and teach people how to do what they can't do. What they did 10 years ago worked 10 years ago. But it doesn't work today.

So instead of being on the cutting edge of technology and learning (and USING!) the state-of-the-art in network marketing business-building, they¬ hold themselves up as a coach!

I've even seen one coach who shows you his huge downline geneology. If you look closely, you'll notice it's from 12 years ago. He hasn't done anything since.

If you're going to be coached, you want to be coached by somebody who is doing it NOW, someone who is active today.

It's crazy, but there are even¬ "coaches" who promote it as a virtue that they no longer do network marketing. They'll tell you this lets them be objective. They'll tell you that you don't need to worry about them recruiting you into some other business.

Here is the truth: there's a lot more money in network marketing than there is in coaching - IF you can actually do network marketing, AND you can do the coaching anyway, while you're building your business.

So why isn't this person in network marketing anymore?

Easy. It's because they can't do it. Plain and simple, they can't build it.

It is completely insane to choose as your coach someone who is not currently successful at network marketing. You are being ripped-off, plain and simple.

We've even talked to a couple of these "unbiased" network marketing coaches who actually don't like network marketing. They don't believe in it. Yet they will gladly take your money to coach you to success in network marketing!

One more thing - 90% of these coaches tell you that YOU have to change. They say you have to get out of your comfort zone, become this "A" type personality. And THAT is the reason it doesn't work.

Those "A" personalities can go out and do anything and be successful at it. But 92% of the world can't do that. And when you go out there telling them they have to change, it's no wonder there's such a high failure rate in network marketing.

Here's what we think:

1. You're perfect just the way you are.

2. You need belief in yourself, belief in the business.

3. Learn some skills.

4. Take action.

And to coach somebody in network marketing, the biggest thing they need coaching on is their belief. They don't believe in the industry, their company, or themselves.

Most top business people have (or once had) a true mentor, someone who's done it before and knows what to do. The person with a mentor has a big advantage. We would be honored to be YOUR mentor, no matter what company you are in.

As your coach, we will believe in YOU until you can believe in yourself!

Two words that scream "Network Marketing Scam"!

There are two words that scream " Network Marketing Scam"!

Word #1: probably the biggest scam ever run on people in MLM network marketing is the powerline.

The worst thing you can ever do building your business is to create fear of loss. It's the worst way to build your business. Oh, yes, it definitely works - to get people in. But you have a totally false business, because you've got a bunch of people, and none of them ever does anything.

Word #2: Many companies that do a powerline - or even a binary or a matrix - focus their promotion talk on spillover. Now, I have met people who have gotten spillover, definitely. BUT - none of the people that were spilled over on them ever did anything! Why?

Because the promise of "spillover" creates a welfare mentality. What happens when you tell people, "Oh, get in NOW, and you are going to get spillover!"

They're afraid of losing something for nothing. So they do get in now - and then they sit and wait for all that spillover to make them rich.

Isn't That A Wonderful Business Plan?

It's like joining a binary because you can get a position that already has $1 million volume in the strong leg. The reality is, you don't make a dime, unless you build the weak leg, But people get so worked up about losing that "$1 million position", they join - and never do anything, and never earn any income.

So never forget those words, powerline & spillover. Anytime you see them, their purpose is to promote the welfare mentality. Something for nothing, something for nothing, something for nothing.

The fact is, you are in network marketing. Network marketing is a business that takes work. It's net-work marketing, ok? it's not net-free marketing. It's not net-spillover marketing. It's not net-zero marketing, it takes work. Anything you do that promotes the "something for nothing" mindset will not work. End of story.

But you will draw in a bunch of couch potatoes who are convinced that you are going to build it for them. Matter of fact, you can even give them your bank account number, and you'll just pass the money directly to their account. They don't have to leave the couch. They can stay on the couch, drink their beer and watch a football game. No problem.

Use Those Two Words As A Tip

Whatever company or whatever distributor is saying them to you, that is not the company or the person you want to depend on long-term. They will not be successful. Keep on looking. There are lots of good companies & MLMers out there. Keep looking, and you'll find the right mentor.

If you are currently looking for a coach and mentor to help you get the skills needed to find a good network marketing company to build for long term success we would be happy to help.
