I am Ingrid Camacho,a Coach and a Mentor with Mentoring For Free.

If you are in need of additional skills to grow your business and for a one-on-one Personal Coach; please feel free to contact me at anytime.
The helpfulnetworker

At Mentoring For Free we are about Teaching You How to Think Not What To Think and the education process takes time and the effort of many.

We have educated people that buying Leads is a Scam., we hope this "Truth" keeps You out of trouble.

It is against the Law to send Your offer to a OPT-IN Lead that You bought or were gifted the lead as a bonus to join some company..

Did YOU understand what You just read ? NO, then Read it again ?

You cannot buy an OPT-IN lead of ANY kind from ANYONE then send them Your Offer because they did NOT OPT-IN for Your Offer they Opted-IN for the Offer that the Lead seller was offering.

If You send Your Offer to them You are guilty of SPAM and You will be prosecuted under the Law that YOU broke..Our purpose is to educate you.

Back to some "Critical Thinking"...........Question for You....

Why Would a Lead Broker Sell You a Lead ( if ) they were any good ???? Answer They Would NOT....

They would use the lead to build a home based business for themselves that would create a walk away monthly income?
We believe in you and we are here to help educate anyone building any mlm or network marketing business.

WHAT MAKES A LEADER?

How often have you had someone talk you into an opportunity and you found that there was no one there to give you guidance? Who's in charge here? Where are the leaders to help you understand what works and what doesn't work? If there are leaders, why are they having me do all their testing?
Leadership is a key element to success in any venture, organization, and government. The challenge is getting good leadership. However, while good leadership can get you started, you really want leadership who will take you by the hand and hang on with you until you are ready to leave the nest.

Ruth Marks-Bradford shares some of her insights from Success In Ten Steps on what true leadership is and how it can help you reach your dreams. To read Ruth's story, go to:

M-L-M Frustration Causes Success

Frustrated?
A big reason for the effectiveness of "Success In 10 Steps" is THAT word. The eb00k answers the questions of frustrated netw0rk mar*keters - who REALLY want their questions answered. It's eating away at them, why they just haven't made it big. They are so darned - frustrated!

I recommend you use that word in your advert1sing for "Success In 10 Steps." Use it when you talk to your leades. Pound, pound, pound on "frustrated." That word is worth its weight in gold.

Things change over time. It may not always be this way. But it definitely is true now. M-L-Mers are frustrated, and they want answers now. Use that knowledge when you advert1se to them and when you talk with them.

To build your own big income in M-L-M, the people you sponsor will need a constant stream of hot pr0spects. http://www.helpfulnetworker.com/ I can help you do that for them, and for yourself. For details, call me at 702-898-8771 or hit reply right now and send me your name, phone number, and the best time to call.

THE BOY THAT DANCED IN THE RAIN

Patrick Henry Hughes was born with no eyes, and a tightening of the joints which left him crippled for life. However, as a child, he was fitted with artificial eyes and placed in a wheelchair. Before his first birthday, he discovered the piano. His mom said, "I could hit any note on the piano, and within one or two tries, he'd get it." By his second birthday, he was playing requests (You Are My Sunshine, Twinkle Twinkle Little Star). His father was ecstatic. "We might not play baseball, but we can play music together."

Today, Patrick is a junior at the University of Louisville. His father attends classes with him and he's made nearly all A's, with the exception of 3 B's. He's also a part of the 214 member marching band. You read it right...the marching band! He's a blind, wheelchair-bound trumpet player; and he and his father do it together. They attend all the band practices and the half-time performance in front of thousands. His father rolls and rotates his son around the field to the cheers of Patrick's fans. In order to attend Patrick's classes and every band practice, his father works the graveyard shift at UPS. Patrick said..."My dad's my hero."

Now, I am trying to wipe the tears from my eyes, as this story sent to me by Mac Anderson has just sent chills up my spine. This fine young man was determined to never give up on his dreams. How many of us have given up on our dreams? How many of us have made excuses about why we can't do a project that may seem difficult or challenging?

We all face adversity in our life. However, it's not the adversity, but how we react to it that will determine the joy and happiness in our life. During tough times, do we spend too much time feeling sorry for ourselves, or can we feel a little thankful for what we do have?

This story really opened my eyes a lot! I tend to feel sorry for myself when things don't always go the way I want, or when things get a little challenging for me. Next time, I will think of Patrick when the going gets tough.

What will you do next time things get a little tough?

Enjoy your weekend everyone,

GET YOUR PROSPECTS TO START BUILDING THEIR BUSINESS BEFORE THEY JOIN

Tell your prospect that he must "qualify" to join your
program.

You could say this:

"Mr. Prospect. I don't want you to join my
business if it's not for you. So, before you
make a decision, do this. Come to next week's
opportunity meeting and bring two guests. After
the meeting, see how your guests react. See how
you feel about our business. And then, make a
decision."

Here is what happens.

1.Your prospect feels relaxed. He doesn't have to make
a decision right away.

2.Your prospect will find it easy to bring two guests.
There is no pressure on the guests. They are just
coming to look.

3.Your prospect doesn't feel that he is trying to make
money off his guests. He doesn't pressure them or
himself during the invitation.

4.Now you have three prospects at the opportunity
meeting instead of one prospect.

5.If your opportunity meeting is good, your prospect is
off to a great start. He'll have two potential
distributors ready to go - and more importantly, your
prospect knows that he can invite guests and build a
business. He just did it!

I have actually done this with my own network marketing business, and it works great! The prospect doesn't feel pressured or sold! Network marketing isn't for everyone. Some like it and some don't....and that is why I like this approach. Tom Schreiter gave me this tip that I just shared with you.

Have a great day!

MY MENTOR....THE MOST BRILLANT MARKETER I KNOW

...Is Tom "Big Al" Schreiter. And let me tell You why.

He travels the world doing his little 2 or 3 hour seminars. He
charges maybe $5 to cover the cost of the room. Sometimes it's free.

Why does he do this?

Because he also owns a network marketing company. And
when he goes to Tampa, Florida, he usually has 2 or 3 leaders
in his company who he meets there. He takes them to dinner.
He buys them lunch. He builds a relationship with them. He
shakes their hand.

You will never ever ever ever ever EVER be able to get
money out of Your pocket and pay for anything when You're
around Tom Schreiter. He's buying You lunch, he's buying
You dinner. If 20 people go, he's buying for everybody.

This has NEVER been a numbers game to Tom Schreiter.
He builds these relationships because he knows a little
secret about network marketing.

Sometime in the history of Your company, they'll put the
label on the products crooked. They'll be back-ordered on
something, because people run the business. There are
imperfections. He knows that.

So he builds a relationship with his people so that when the
labels are crooked, or the bonus check is late, or they back-
order the product... he knows that You won't quit. You
won't quit, because You have that relationship with him. He
makes sure of that personally, one on one.

We do it with our coaching calls. The secret of network
marketing is retention, retention, retention, retention.

This is an excerpt from the book Success in 10 Steps, which was
written by Michael Dlouhy and based on his 30 years of
experience in the network marketing industry.

BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS THAT LAST A LIFETIME

Tuesday, July 14, 2009

KEEP YOUR PEOPLE OR DIE!

To have a chance to build relationships and get that
retention, You must:

1 - Choose a company with consumable products that make a
real difference in the lives of Your people and those they love.
Network marketing is a relationship business, and it's also
a TESTIMONIAL business. For Your people to be
successful with word-of-mouth advertising, they need a strong
testimonial for the products they like.

2 - Offer great value to the end user (And the value YOU offer
includes much more than just Your products), which allows
You to build a very attractive income.

3 - Get to know Your people. Learn what they really want. Help
them formulate their "WHY". Do everything You can to make
them feel so valued and cared for that they'll be forever loyal.
Give them the personal attention, respect & admiration they
deserve.

If Your people see You as a direct Marketing Genius, You're
lost in space.

If they see You as a special, trusted friend
& confidante, You're on the right track.

Of course, there are DMers who do it right.

Joyce Clyde Hall rose from poverty to create & build
Hallmark Cards. In the early 1950's, he started the Hallmark
Hall of Fame, TV's longest running - And BEST - Dramatic
series. The shows are consistently great.

Even the commercials - now branded in our everyday
language as "Hallmark Moments" - touch Your heart.

Hallmark proves that focusing on quality, loyalty and building
relationships are not just the right thing to do... It's
profitable.

This is an excerpt from the book Success in 10 Steps, which was
written by Michael Dlouhy and based on his 30 years of
experience in the network marketing industry.
