PROVEN DUPLICATABLE SYSTEM THAT WORKS

Do you know how to build a big group of people in your network marketing business? You must have a Duplicatable Proven System in place so that everyone you sponsor into your business can duplicate the same things you do. You build the leaders from within your team, and then will duplicate what you do. It's a team effort, and nobody can do it by themselves.
Here are some things that you can choose to do on a consistant basis...or you can choose not to.... the choice is totally up to you. Here are some suggestions that may help you. 1. committ to learning a new skill 2 read a new book 3. listen to a CD or audio tape that will help YOU to become that person that people will want to follow. 4. Learning how to advertise and brand yourself both on and off the internet will be helpful also.
Please remember this process is going to take time. You must develop yourself first, and then develop leaders within your team. It doesn’t happen overnight. Having your team doing these things on a consistant basis will produce the results over time......yes I said over time.....not overnight!
It is also like the slight edge by Jeff Olson. The little things done everyday will produce the end results you are looking for. You MUST have that Duplicatable System in place for everything else to work together. If you need help, my team and I will be happy to help you find a Proven Duplicatable System that is easy to follow.

I believe in you,

WHAT ARE YOU THINKING ABOUT?

This week I had a minor setback thinking about the fear of poverty once again. My husband took me shoe shopping at the local shoe store, and as he was paying for the shoes, I said "well I have my one pair of shoes for this year", and my husband kindly reminded me that we are not living in fear of poverty anymore. He said"No Ingrid, this year you will have at least 20 pairs of shoes in your closet". He said
fear of poverty is a state of mind, and reminded me once again that we no longer live in that state of mind.

For many years I have lived with the fear of poverty in my mind. I would think of only owning one good pair of sneekers, and that is exactly what has happend for the last 17 years. Every Oct. I go shoe shopping and get one pair of shoes, and that pair has to last a whole year. I let my fears into my mind, and the very thing that I feared came true. I did not understand what was happening until I read Hills book Think and Grow Rich. Some other fears that I had were...homelessness, no electricity, running out of food before pay day,my husband loosing his job, my kids getting sick. All these fears came true bacause I put them into my mind and spoke them into existance.

Today, I have learned to think about what I put into my mind, and to watch what I say. The day I went shoe shopping was the day I didn't say my self talk. From now on I will say my self talk each and every day. The self talk really matters.

I HELP PEOPLE FOR FREE WITHOUT AN AGENDA

The brain is like a radio station for broadcasting and recieving thoughts that we place there. No matter what thought I put in my mind, good or bad, my brain will
pick it up and send it out to the universe. I wish I had known this years earlier when I was always inputing negative thoughts into my mind and into the minds of others around me.I would plant thoughts of poverty into my mind and what did I
recieve... poverty of course.

Today, I am very carefull about what I place in my mind. I actually think about what it is that I want and place it carefully into my mind, and then I speak it out loud to the universe.

The other day, I picked up Think and Grow Rich to start reading this chapter, and as I was picking up the book, I glanced at the cover and thought " I am rich because I help people without having an agenda." I thought that was just the coolest thing I could have put into my mind at that time.

Everyday, I am always looking for nothing but good in this world. If I hear anyone speaking a negative thought, I turn and walk the other way.

THE WIZARD OF OZ AND NETWORK MARKETING

Last week I went to see my daughter's high school play. She played Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz. Much to my surprise, the play had been sold out, and I was left wondering how this could happen...after all it was only a high school play!

After the opening night word started getting around about the great job Kadie did in the role of Dorothy. People were recomending and promoting the play like crazy! Did any of those people who recomended the play get paid for telling their friends to go see it? The answer is no....no one got paid to tell others about the play.

We have all been recomending and promoting since about age five when we told our parents what kind of cereal we wanted for breakfast. You don't get paid to recomend a movie or restaurant do you....but everyday we promote them.

The same goes for network marketing. All network marketing is recomending your favorite products or services to others and being able to pick up a paycheck for doing so.

If you are looking for that extra paycheck I would encourage you to take a closer look at network marketing. If you need any help finding a good network marketing company I would be happy to help you look for one.

COULD YOU BE GIVING MLM A BAD NAME?

Thanks for dropping by.... I appriciate your friendship! I have the same people spamming me over and over. I am here to make new friends and help others....not to join anyones program. I have my own network marketing company and I am doing well with it. I am 42 years old and will be retired by the time I am 44....not bad for a crazy gal like me. My motto is help enough people get what they want and I will get what I want....and yes it does take time! Network marketing is about relationships and it takes time to build them. People want to know you care....they do not care about your product or company. I have the same people spamming me everyday! Do they even know what my interests are...or where I like to shop? The answer to this is NO...they are to interested in themselves and trying to pitch me their deal!

Thanks for listening to me vent.... now....Make it a great day...your time is your most valueable asset....use is wisely!

WAKE UP AND SMELL THE DECAF

If I want to be successfull in the network marketing industry, then I
should mastermind and follow someone who is still building a network
marketing company today.I would not go and take advice from someone who sells real estate books on the internet. If you want to be a plummber then go mastermind with other plummers, but if you want to be a computer programmer, then go mastermind with a group of people that know about computers.

It is so important that I mastermind with like minded and positve people too. If I go off and mastermind with people about how bad the economy is, then I risk allowing poverty into my life. If I go off and visit with positive, like minded people then I am allowing prosperity into my life!

LONG LASTING RELATIONSHIPS

When I first started out in network marketing I was always trying to sell anyone and everyone whom I came in contact with, and I had little or no results using this method.

One day I was visiting with one of my friends here at Mentoring for Free and she told me to quit trying to sell everyone and that network marketing wasn't about products....network marketing is about people and building relationships. I have stopped trying to sell products and turned my focus on making new friends and building lifetime relationships.

Now I have a new friends from all over the United States, Canada, and even Europe. I have formed relationships with people that I didn't know one year ago, and today I can pick up the phone and help them with personal problems or listen to their stories about life. It is so nice to have new friends to laugh with over the phone.

A wise man once told me "build people and people will build the business." I have come to realize that this quote is sooo true. If you build long lasting relationships, then you don't have to worry about high turn over in your business.

Remember....people join people...not companies!
